Yoga balancing on a paddleboard? Yes! Come learn to float and flow in this all-levels stand up paddleboard (SUP) yoga class! Each class session will include a complete Vinyasa (flow) yoga class “on board” followed by a pose-of-the-day sequence breakdown and ending with a floating meditation – aaahhh. Expect to be challenged, supported, and encouraged – practicing yoga on an unstable surface requires small and large muscle activation, mental focus, courage, and playfulness. Classes will be themed to support mindfulness, stress reduction, self-awareness, and fun! No experience is necessary and all equipment is provided. Class takes place in the Helen Newman Pool.
There is no PE credit for this class.
